With its parkland setting, elegant design, and flexible ceremony and reception options, Greenfields offers a stunning backdrop for both intimate and large-scale weddings.

Lifestyle and Wellness Events:
The open, light-filled spaces and tranquil location make it ideal for hosting yoga sessions, wellness retreats, mindfulness workshops, and other lifestyle events that benefit from a connection with nature.

Whether you're hosting 30 or 300 guests, Greenfields Albert Park combines natural surroundings with contemporary elegance to deliver a memorable and seamless experience.

Seated (with dance floor): Up to 160 guests

Seated (no dance floor): Up to 200 guests

Cocktail-style: Up to 650 guests

Security is a requirement at Greenfields Albert Park.

The Event Manager will organise this for any event based on the details of your event.

Greenfields Albert Park is equipped with an accessible in-house PA system, lectern, hands-free and roaming microphones, rigging bars, wireless internet access, and three-phase power.

Greenfields Albert Park partners with Select Audio Visual as our preferred in-house audio-visual supplier. If you would like to be introduced directly to Select Audio Visual, please inform your Event Manager, who will be happy to facilitate the connection.

Greenfields Albert Park offers an in-house PA system connected to Spotify for your event's audio needs. To utilize this system, please create a public playlist on your Spotify account and share the link with your Event Manager prior to your event.

Our in-house PA system is not compatible with external connections. Therefore, all live entertainment, including bands, DJs, and celebrants, must provide their own equipment, including speakers.

Yes, our venue is fully wheelchair accessible.

Yes, we have a cloakroom onsite which can also be utilised as a registration desk.

Greenfields Albert Park provides the following standard access times for events:

Bump In (Setup): 2 hours prior to your event

Bump Out (Pack Down): 1 hour after your event

If you require additional time for setup or pack down, this can be arranged at a rate of $400 per hour, subject to approval by your Event Manager in advance.

Please note:

Extra time must be approved at least two weeks prior to your event.

We cannot extend event hours on the day unless pre-approved by your Event Manager.

Storage:

Greenfields has limited onsite storage. Deliveries may be accepted the day before your event and pickups the day after, but this is subject to availability and must be coordinated with your Event Manager. Please be aware that Greenfields cannot take responsibility for any items left onsite.

Greenfields Albert Park is licensed to operate until 1:00 AM.

Greenfields Albert Park are fully committed to reducing their impact on the environment and as such we have adopted the following approach across all of our events. Please review our Full Environmental Policy.

Service and setup fees are applied to all events hosted at Greenfields Albert Park. This fee covers the setup of your event, security and cleaning.

Greenfields Albert Park offers a selection of furniture for you to choose from when creating your event floor plan with your Event Manager.

Additionally, we provide complimentary white tablecloths, linen napkins, gold cutlery, as well as all necessary glassware and serve ware.

For any additional styling elements such as welcome signs, seating charts, menus, place cards, floral arrangements, etc., these will need to be arranged by you. Greenfields Albert Park can assist with setting up these items if they are delivered prior to your event.

Greenfields Albert Park prohibits the use of open flame candles within the venue. All candles must be contained within a glass vessel, jar, or similar enclosure.
