Events at Greenfields Albert Park can run until 1:00am, in line with the venue’s liquor licence. The exact event schedule and finish time will be confirmed with your Event Manager when planning your booking.

Yes. For safety reasons, Greenfields Albert Park does not allow exposed or open-flame candles. If you plan to include candles as part of your event styling, they must be placed inside a suitable glass holder, lantern or other enclosed vessel.

Yes, cakes and approved external dessert suppliers can be brought to Greenfields Albert Park, subject to the venue’s requirements. For non-wedding events, cakeage is charged at $2.50 per person for roaming service or $7.50 per person when the cake is plated.
If you are planning to use an external supplier, such as a gelato cart, a $250 supplier fee applies. External suppliers must be approved by your Event Manager in advance and provide current public liability insurance and a valid food handlers certificate.
Please note that home-baked cakes and desserts are not permitted at the venue.

Greenfields Albert Park does not allow clients or guests to bring their own alcohol or other beverages to the venue. All drinks must be supplied and served in accordance with the venue’s liquor licence and applicable requirements.
